Do I need to switch my mk7.5 gti LED lights for Euro travel?

Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.

My 7.5 has an option in the infotainment to switch the lights for driving on the right and the central speed display to km/h. The ACC magically knew what side it could overtake on the motorway. That's one brainy wizard that lives under the bonnet.
