Must be the thought I had when I pictured you in my head with your "I am considerably more right than you" attitude that gets people backs up? Again, a question so absolutely no need for a terse reply

I see, a snow flake it is then. Can I suggest growing a pair?

Not a snowflake mate, just someone who's very good at sniffing out pillocks. I'm guessing I'm very good at it indeed looking at the evidence you've provided. Oh and my "pair" grew many decades ago. Have yours dropped yet?

Oh, and this wasn't a question.

Anyway, back to the OPs question before you engage the brain cell (yes, singular) again...

Poor little snow flake, did I hurt your feeling?

Well ....... after a good think I've gone a slightly different way, I've got Celtic Tuning coming out to my house in about two weeks to do a remap.  There reveiws seem to be good and the price is really quite good,

I'm also going for a remap, how much is the remap Celtic?

This is the info I had back from Celtic when I emailed them

The Volkswagen Golf MK7 (5G) 2013> takes the power from 216bhp up to 300bhp and the torque from 258lb/ft up to 325lb/ft. This stage of software is designed as a software upgrade only meaning it is all within safe tolerances of the engine and drivetrain and requires no hardware modifications. For testimonials of our work please follow the link: View Testimonials.

We provide all stages of tune through to full custom setup so if you have specific requirements please just ask. On many applications we also cater for larger turbos and injector upgrades so if you are looking for ultimate performance then we have the knowledge and ability to do just that.

To provide added peace of mind for customers with vehicles still under warranty, we provide a FREE 12 month's insurance backed supplementary warranty: Download Warranty Information. Full terms and conditions apply, please see website for details.

The cost of the remap is £325.00 all-inclusive for which we travel to your location whether it is home or work place. This comes with a 14 day money back guarantee which gives you plenty of time to ensure it is exactly what you are after.

The warranty seemed quite good except for this clause:

Quote
This Warranty is invalidated if the vehicle is used for rallies, racing, pacemaking,
reliability trials, scrambling, speed testing, track days or for hire or gain, or
commercial travelling without the express written consent of the Approved Installer.

Again, they'd have to prove one of those things, but I am a believer in not signing up to something where I know I'd break the terms of the agreement.
