Dealer Branded Plate Mounts

Edit: On closer inspection it’s the plates that have a branded lip.

Are dealer branded number plate mounts an OEM part?

My GTI has the black mounts with dealer text along the bottom.

Yes i have these too!! Thought it was just on the plate!?
