VW live chat.....

Is it just me or is it nigh on impossible to actually live chat with VW

Lets no go there please. Car ordered through a broker via VW Crewe and they treated me like something they'd just wiped off their shoe when I tried to speak to them........

I've had no issues with VW live chat, though I guess it does depend on time of day. I've used them mid-morning and not had much of await.

Who the broker or Crewe VW? I have ordered through youchoosecontracts via Crewe VW and youchoose have been great so far.

With regards to VW online chat I think the systems get updated on a Tuesday - maybe they just said that to me to stop me hounding every day! but I have found that selecting say 3 in the afternoon or 11:10 in the morning I have got straight through everytime bar once.

Crewe VW have the attitude problem. Blue chilli have been excellent. Finally got through and I'm at assembly check stage 5 now apparently (whatever that means???)
