Squeaky suspension

Reluctantly after my car developed a squeak from the suspension I booked it in to the dealership, the car has only done about 7000 mile in 2.5 years, three attempts and three weeks later it is now quiet.
The dealership changed both rear shock absorbers and replaced both front shocks and top mounts and nsf drop link.
The most annoying thing is the muppets have scratched the rear bumper and tried to cover it up without telling us you can see the polish residue on the rear trim beneath the scratch , I noticed it as soon as I walked around the car when my wife arrived home. taking it back on Monday for their body shop to sort out.

Hi, Can anybody help please.
I'm looking at the question of fastening the lower end of the front shock absorber gaiter with VW Customer Services, who are being very helpful. They have asked my dealer to have another look and the dealer has put a MK7 GTI on a ramp. They say the gaiter would be stretched too far if it was clipped and there must be different styles of shock absorber.
Can anyone who has had their loose MK7 GTI gaiters clipped at the bottom give me the name of the dealer and if possible contact info please? Customer Services are trying to get more info. from anywhere.
