Golf Mk3 Cabrio Avantgarde - back seat foam advice/ spare/ parts no?

Here is this weeks challenge -
Need to replace the back seat from the std Avantgarde cloth to a black leather. The leather foam was shot so removed the leather and found the foam had a slice in the middle and wire to hog tie the middle to - the cloth foam doesnt have that. If I just put the leather on the old cloth foam one, the middle isn't right (as missing the bar to hog tie the crease to).
Ill update with some pics when camera charged but any ideas or where I can get a replacement foam from/ made up?
(Also need a black leather rear head bolster if any one is parting one !!)

not sure i completely understand this but cant you just slice the foam and somehow fabricate the bar you're talking about?

Mk3 leather rear seats have the same foam as cloth, the latter avantgard must differ.
Either source another foam or find a trimmer to sort the difference.
