I hope I have found a solution to the problem of getting Album Artwork for my Nav Pro (2013) on a Mac which doesn't involve any conversion programs. First format an SD card with a FAT partition and create a folder on the card first for the artist and then a subfolder for the album. Next find the artist or the album cover you want to add by searching Amazon and right click and save the image you get from your initial search to your computer, i.e. on the desktop. Do not click on the actual album file and then save as this will produce too large an image. Next find the artist, song or album in ITunes and highlight it/them using upper case key and click, the right click the selected, select 'Get Info', go to Artwork, select Add Artwork and then select the image you have saved previously. Now copy the selected tracks to your SD card and also put the album cover jpeg in the folder as well. Go to Manage Jukebox on your NavPro Setup, add the required tracks, and hopefully you will have tracks and album artwork all appearing on your screen.
