To clean - DoDo Juice leather cleaner and sometimes baby wipes. 2/3 times I use year use Gtecniq L1 Leather Guard.

It seals and protects the leather and gives good protection from dye colour transfer, jeans etc. It needs to be applied to clean leather but goes on easy enough. Gives a nice natural looking matt finish, no tacky shine thankfully - hate shiny leather. On more worn areas like driver's seat which have gone a bit shiny over time, it brings back a matt finish. I'm pleased with it, it's kept my leather looking good.
For the rest of the interior trim I use Poorboys Natural Look Dressing, which is excellent and keeps static dust at bay for ages. Again gives a nice matt finish, smells good.
