Please help!

golf mk4 gti 1.8t black   
The laquer has come off my bonnet and is coming off the front bumper, can it just be re-laquered or does it need a respray? Anyone know anywhere in leeds that'll sort it out at a reasonable price? had a look at the VW main site to see if its covered by a manufacturers warranty and they only cover paintwork for 3 years! while seat cover theirs for 11 years apparently.

I think a good paint shop will be able to do something about this without respraying the whole car! 

I might be wrong, but I think they'll just need to add laquer to the affected area. so all the bonnet will be flatted back then sprayed.
