Hello all just joined the other day so thought I better say hello , my name is Martin and after owning a few BMW's decided to go for a VW , use to work at VW's many moons ago in the parts dept so can remember Mk1 & 2 GTI's and TBH I never ever got around to owning one drove plenty though anyway I got this Mk3 GTI the other day so I now have one its a 1996/97 2lt 8v and at some point I will get rid of that sewer pipe rear box
and get a proper DTM style one apart from that I'm happy with it
