Nope. High enough to boil off water vapour and dissolved volatiles but nowhere near enough to start worrying about the oil.
Personally, I would be perfectly happy up to 130°.
The HTHS test done on engine oils is done at 150°C.
However, keep your oil topped up. The same amount of heat comes out of the engine. The same proportion of that goes in to the oil. So a lower volume of oil containing the same amount of heat will be at a higher temperature.
