How very strange I was in the same situation at the weekend a boss at the place said theyl turn a blind eye got there on the saterday 45mins later it failed cause of the emissions and 2 stupid things inadequately clipped brake pipe and no middle belt

Don't blame them for failing it on emissions as well!

Car will need to be back for a retest and you want to test and pass a dodgy MOT and get rid straight away in case of a VOSA inspection.

Its all sorted now was a lack of communication on there part. Yeah I know but aslong as the car made it home its no longer there problem
