What lock do I need for garage door?

I've managed to get a garage from the council recently, and am thinking of getting a better lock. I can see this at the bottom of the door which makes me think there was something there but can't figure out what it was. Any ideas?

Dont know what that is but the yellow plate and pin bulldog locks are very good.

However my garage was broken into with that lock, but what they did was smash the back concrete wall down and then undone the bolts!! Even with that done they still had to bend the door up to get in.

After that we put one on my bro inlaws garage, cut the bolts down and then welded them up, we also welded the front, so if they look they know they wont get the door open.
