VCDS in Derbyshire area?

As the title suggests, I'm wondering if anyone has VCDS with software in Derbyshire area?

The only thing I am looking to do is to make my DRL's run at 100% brightness when the headlights are on.

I can pay if needed or I can supply beer.... I work in a brewery  :whistle:

I'm heading to Derby area some time this week for work (probably Thurs or Fri) - but can't give you a definite time.
