I was thinking the same thing. The mk6 final payment I would think would be only around 10k which is trade price you know the car unlike anything else you will be buying. Changing because you want to change thats another reason.

Dubber you make a very valid point. I think my balloon will be round the £5-6k mark. I guess at the end of the day I would like to hold on to the Mk6. Only thing to consider really is that at the end of my lease term in 2016 my car will be 7yrs old.
Thanks for the opinions guys, for now I think the Mk6 will be staying!

If i had to cut back i'd do it properly 1993 polo bread wagon cost f**k all to run/tax/insure and put up with abuse :-)
