Nav Pro updating station logos

Has anyone else noticed that Smooth radio have changed the logo to smooth Xmas. This would indicate that the nav pro is auto downloading station logos which it didn't do before.

It's two different stations I'm afraid. I have Smooth and Smooth Xmas both on my Nav pro.

I only had smooth and now only have smooth Xmas. I haven't touched the radio stations and haven't ever loaded the logo on either.
