throttel body cleaning

hi I am thinking of cleaning the throttle body after cleaning it do I need to get it reset by vag.com or is it just reconnect it and it will be fine thank you

If its a cable throttle then no, it will sort itself out after a little drive. If not then you may have to set it by vag.com but then I've seen people on here who say they didn't need to set it?!

worth painting whilst off just mask up both sides and be careful,did my old aum t/b whilst off the car looks much nicer when painted

Noticed a few bays with inlet/rocker painted tidy and the t/b missed out haha. Always wondered why..
