expected power??
« on: 26 August 2005, 21:39 »
i should hopefully be picking up a new engine from dub_passion next weekend the spec is as follows:
"quote"
The engine was rebuilt 30k ago with lighten and balanced crank/ flywheel, high compression pistons, tsr 202 camshaft, ported polished head, ashley 4 branch exhaust manifold, custom inlet manifold to mount twin 45 webers, side draft 45 webers with piper x socks

what sort of power should i be looking at after being set up on a rolling road?

cheers all,
Richy

If I remember rightly, sportline_velly had twin webers on his last year apparently and he was pushing out something stupid like 186bhp but it was too thirsty and he took them off, but that was on a 16v engine though.
