Mystery leak...
« on: 09 January 2014, 22:21 »
Got a wet rear seat on a Mk6 GTD, the foot wells are dry no water anywhere else only on the bit you put your butt on...
No obvious signs on the roof lining or around passenger lights, wonder if this is common before we go poking around randomly.
Does not look to be coming from underneath the rear seat either very strange.
Its a lease car so it can go back and be done by VW, but its the arse of sorting out it all out and driving a poverty spec bean can for a few days

Has your rear window been open slightly? The amount of water that runs off the roof can be rediculous!
Currently pootling around in our family wagen, a Tiguan SEL 😂
