which door lock is playing up?

So i have the usual door dock issues with my mk4 Golf.

All doors open/lock off the fob, but when i lock the car from indide (i often do this with the dog in the back) the passenger door instantly unlocks!

However, when getting in and out of the drivers door, the operation of the interior lights is intermittant.

Am i asuming both modules are toast!

Probably! I had to do all 4 of mine when I got it! Nothing a bit of solder won't fix though!
