Lower case Bluetooth lol

Hey guys,

Anyone know how to get the lower case letters when naming you phone through Bluetooth on the steering wheel controls ? Driving me mad 

Phone paired fine... Name it had I didn't like but did have lowercase letters, when using the steering wheel buttons to scroll up down letters there are no lowercase ? I've tried holding the ok button down but no, nothing works... Anyone have a clue or is it not possible ....

Thats what i thought tbh but wasn't sure, i don't think i've ever set the name up on the bluetooth itself.

Fair dos, I will do that route but you can name it via steering wheel, Bluetooth, users, name, rename.... but only in uppercase
