golf mk4 gear linkage bushes

hi there
iv got a really sloppy gear shiftier am i right in in saying its the gear linkage bushes ?
if so where can i get them ?

I bought some 42dd metal bushes made it abit better I also replaced the white ball joint thingy under the gear gaitor
