Hi guys, just thought i'd say hi, my name is Adrian and im 22. Decided to get a mk4 golf not so long ago, was wanting a leon cupra but stumbled across a really nice silver 5 door 1.8t GTI with under 36k miles on it, which I pick up tomorrow.
Ive had my current VW Polo 6n for nearly 4 years which I will be parting with asap.
I also ride BMX (well, street mtb) and am a uni student at Sheffield Hallam.
look forwards to posting stuff on here and getting to know some of you

Picked up my golf today and loving it! It's definitely quick enough for the minute and just loving how comfy and quiet it is (coming from a polo on coilovers and tyres that didn't fit).. Sounding old before my time I know, love it!!

So the silver Golf you just got is the MK4?

36k miles? Is that it?

yeah pal its a mk4 gti and yes only 36k miles (or just under). Everything feels super tight on it, really happy with it! plenty quick enough for now considering ive come from a 1.4 8v polo.. will be looking to do my own thing to it after winter is over, thinking about just sticking on all the anni splitters, skirts and a spoiler. then some anni wheels and lower it slightly on some weitec coilies. potentially stick a panel filter and a map when i decide to man up a little, but for now im enjoying the car!
