dsg oil change

hi guys my gti now has 29000 miles would she benefit from new oil in the dsg autobox ? & is it a diy job ? cheers neil

No need to change until 40k
I think it needs a special tube to refill ? And it takes about 7 litres of oil I think  :shocked:
Also the garage that changed the oil on mine cracked the oil filter housing when fitting the filter, and had to order a new one, think its plastic and pretty flimsy

Independents charge about £149 or the dealer will do it for £179.
Gti, Candy White, 3door, DSG, Leather, Rear LEDs, Bluefin, Milltek, vwr intake, Focal speakers.
