SGW??
« on: 14 October 2013, 17:44 »
Hello to all. Today I called my dealer as I had no news about unconfirmed BW until Thursday. I was expecting to hear no news or at most the unconfirmed build week, but he told me that he had in his system the unconfirmed AND confirmed BW!!! To tell the truth I did not believed him and I managed to persuade him to send me a FAX of the imprinted screen of his system.
The car was ordered on 23/09/2013 and the paper he sent me said:

Confirmed build week SGW

46 2013

Now, I know I should be pretty happy, but there is that SGW thing that I do not understand. Maybe it is just the expected BW from VW Germany or something? Any thoughts?

Thank you very much Snoopy. So many stages! From the knowledge you have gathered, do you think that 46 is a realistic BW in my case? And do you know what does SGW mean? (As you can understand my English isn't very good, sorry...)
