I have owned an '04 Golf 1.6 FSi SE for the past 7 years and have taken it from 19,000 miles when I got it up to 128,000 or so now. It has been a great car but it's beginning to cost me money.
I have always lusted after the Golf GTi and, having read all the reviews, I took a test drive in the Mk7 on Friday. Long story short - I payed my deposit and ordered a new Mk7 GTi in limestone grey there and then with delivery expected in January.
I may have just turned 56 but I still love the hot hatches!
