Getting the courtesy car tomorrow - had a call from Europa Car to book it in and interestingly they have their own VW & Audi section - so, they are giving me a Golf (or better eg. Jetta if no Golfs available) but happy days as although it will be billy basic & slow at least its not a poxy Astra!!!

I get my courtesy car the week after next, if its something crap it will make the golf feel more special.

Well, picked up my courtesy car just now.....and it's a pearler of a Golf! Has a massive 1.6 engine and a whole 85bhp wooooo hoooo!! 

On the plus side, at least my car has gone now so no worrying about it and fingers crossed its only a few weeks till the GTI turns up. And....it's so nice to be inside a Golf again (albeit a billy basic) - just so easy to drive.  Roll on delivery day!
