Vodafone to start charging for voice mail?
« on: 29 October 2013, 15:08 »
Apparently Vodafraud are starting to charge minimum of one minute per voice mail call?
They are scrapping my plan of 1900 mins 1000 landlines 900 cross net work, I'll be getting just only 900 minutes, plus they said for inconvenience they will lower my tariff by £5.00 so I'll pay £20.00 seems like a bum deal as I use voice mail quite a bit, guessing they would recoup the £5.00 easily if I use my voice mail.
My question is what do I get out of this?
Networks suck big time in this country

How long have you got left on your contract?  One option might be to buy yourself out of it.

the text actually meant if I don't switch to the new plans I will get charged for all UK calls and voice mail!

Okay rang them its a scare tactics.
They offered me unlimited calls any network and texts, 1GB data now for £20.50 go figure!

I've never been tied to any amount of time but this new plan ties me in for 12mths with 7 day get out clauses from tonight.
