the arm rest has a small block on the bottom, has a bolt that goes through and bolts to the arm rest, then theres the actual bracket on the car.

i require the actual block at the bottom of the arm rest as iv cross threaded it, re tapped it, and managed to cross thread the bloody thing agian.

any one got a part no.?

Same thing happened to me when i did my mates armrest. Just told him to get a longer bolt. Which he did and its all sorted now

cant get a longer bolt, its compleatly buggered.

and dont want to tap it any biger, did it last time and had to drill the arm rest bracket to fit the bolt through the hole.

cant be arsed would rather just replace it...

1J0 864 079 is the little ally block that sits on the bracket. should be about 12 quid at the dealers
