Yet another problem

Sorted the suspension knock! Now something's up with my clutch ...
Got in the car and the clutch pedal was on the floor ... Stamped on it a few times didn't come up pulled it up by hand and it now goes up and down with no sticking however it goes down a lot easier than previously and it feels like the biting points a lot lower  :s any idea? ... It's a vr by the way

Sounds like your slave or master cylinder seals have gone.

Found fluid dripping off the gearbox so it's the slave, anyone know book time on changing one?

Should only take 45-60 minutes, it's pretty straightforward
