Just wondering whether anyone has experiences the auto recirculate in action? I was under the impression that there was an 'air quality detector' in the air intake which would operate the recirculate if 'bad air' is detected? In addition, if the windscreen jets were fired it would also operate to keep the stink of screenwash out?
The latter isn't working on my GTD (the infotainment option for auto recirculate is checked), and when getting stuck behind an old double decker this morning chugging out all sorts, no recirculate either.
Have I missed something here?!
Begs the question as to whether the sensitivity of the air quality detection device can be altered in VCDS.
Any insights?
