My mrs also has had with my input lol puma, abarth 500,evoque

Yes I love cars but also bikes dr125,rd350 lc,gsx550,fzr600,trx850,tl1000r,daytona955i,gsxr1000,z1000 now no bike ,seem to have lost the bug ATM

The 911 is just simply another world ,easy to use but mental when it needs to be !
The mrs likes driving it too,but not that fast

The golf gti feels nice deffo fun but sensible costs and semi practical even in 3dr,tested a class amg but whilst fast and I mean fast too much money for a a class if that makes sense!

Mackandmark wasn't meant like that

911 is just awesome I still can't think how they make it so fast and alive unyet so nice to drive at "normal" speeds
It's a car that wants to be driven so you have to be careful or bye bye licence
Most cars there is a trade off between fast and comfortable but the 911 is both,so it should be 50 years of sorting shows

At speed where the s4 felt quick but uninspiring the 911 gets in your soul if that makes any sense ,you feel alive,I quess that's what they mean about audi dulling the senses

Dont take it that way either Chunkstar, i was only messing & didnt mean anything by it

If we had the money, everyone on the forum would have had the cars you have had too.
Hope you enjoyed everyone of them.

The 911 is still one of my favourite cars, despite what Clarkson says!

He's a muppet where the 911 is concerned! I'd rather have one of them over almost any car in the world. Period.

He's an all-round bellend, but he can be entertaining when they're arsing around on top gear on one of their challenges. It's hard to improve on near perfection. Much like the GTI, the 911 shows time and again that a little less power which is handled immaculately by the car is as good as something with 10-20% more PS that doesn't handle as well or use that power efficiently.

I have been tempted by a used 911 in the past - the old man 5 doors down just got rid of his 2002 model that he's had from new. It was that metallic grey that has a slight purple tinge. Had I known he was chopping it in for a new Jag, i'd have considered making him an offer.
Whey ya bugger! It's finally arrived after an 8 month wait....
