Heater matrix hose 1.8T AUM

Has anybody got the part number for the hose that comes off of the plastic thing where the temperature sensor is?

The one that goes to the bulkhead, mine is rubbing on the egr and another pipe and is worn away so need's replacing.

I have found 1J0121156AT
but it doesn't look like mine as mine is individual
