drain the system and start again should cure it but also you need to run the engine up to running temp with the lid off so the thermostat opens and lets water circulate through the car properly. also if you know where the air block is that might help more.
to check thermostat is open touch the bottom pipe going to the radiator if its cool/cold then its closed it will heat up when open. hope this helps
