try running it with the cone filter and take it for a blast, put some load on the engine, like from low rev in 3rd and take it up to about 3.5k rpm and let off the throttle fast..
p..s how do you know you havent got any leaks?

I don't know 100% mate, but I've checked pipes and they seem to be ok

do the sucky sucky tongue test on the vac pipe to the dv .. if its leaking, then it won`t pull the piston in the dv.
take the pipe that goes to the dv, suck it, and put your tongue on the end of it, if the suction goes then its leaking..
just a little trick i learned from the toph 
by the way, i think that pipe i supplied you was 4mm, it might be a little loose for the DV. 3mm is better

Jamie I've got 3mm on there mate, by the way, are you talking about sucking through that 3mm pipe to do the test
