Quick update, well this Notebook has turned out to be totally disappointing... keeps on freezing while online, touchpad operates as and when it feels like it, and Windows 8 is a shockingly poor system to operate... and Curry's are showing absolutely no interest in helping out, or exchanging the POS for anything else... so they can shove said Notebook up its own ass!
I bought this Notebook at Christmas for my wife, knowing that come spring, she would be setting up her own Wealth Management business, and thought this was a good starting point, after taking advice from various people saying that she would need something MS based... thats the last time I will ever listen to that argument!
So from Curry's we went straight to Apple, and bought a Macbook Pro, 16gb Ipad, Iphone 5 and £300s worth of extra Software to make it do what it needs to do, happy to say, that it all works as it should do, without stress, which is the way it should be... just perfect! backed up with the staff at the Apple shop in Leicester who are awesome!
And what to do with the old Notebook (less than 6 months old) a couple of suggestions have been made, throwing it out of one of the race cars window at 170mph on the runway at Bruntingthorpe, or loading it onto a clay pigeon thrower, and letting rip with a couple of shotguns, a friend has a Benelli pump that would prove very effective I'm sure.
