Was out running the other morning and I passed a parked (mint condition) Golf 1.8 GTI Cabrio Karmann which gave me a flashback to my younger days where this model was my absolute dream car, especially in midnight blue. There and then I decided to save up to get one...
I've had 4 or 5 Golf GTI's (non soft tops) over the years but I'd forgotten the love affair I never fulfilled with this particular car.
Had a quick search on the net and they seem rare as rocking horse poop. Especially non pimped out models which is what I would like.
So my question is this, where are the best places to keep an eye for one of these cars?
