Advice.. To break or sell
« on: 20 March 2013, 17:51 »
Elo all

Iv got a mk4 in black. 2.0 gti 3 door with 171k on the clock!

Body work is well read on boot is rusty the rear arch near the rear wheel is dented and the front wing
has started to rust aswel.

It's got no mot but 6 months tax needs new pads a handbrake cable and it doesn't have a cat!

What it does have are scuffed rs4 alloys/TT Quattro reps in black
Lowered 45mm
Scorpion back box

So my question would It worth breaking it (prob not)
Or just putting on eBay for £400 £500

Any ideas and input much appreciated.

Thanks for reading

got any pics of the wheels? I might have them off you if you decide to break or sell. Can even throw you a set of wheels so you can still move the car

Theyre the original wheels that came on my gti, the tyres are pretty much bald, but theyll do to move it about. I'll pm you my email in moments few.

Breaking is long and you will end up with loads of excess pieces....unless you have got a ton of mods on it I would just sell and cut your losses
Will always love my mk4 but she had to go...225 Quattro TT in its place....but its still black (she lives on in spirit!)
