Thought it was dogsh1t to be honest.

It's one of those film's everyone should watch, apocalypse now, full metal jacket and the thin red line are also film's I would recommend that everyone watch.

not sure if it would fall into the 'cult' or 'road-movie' categories, but it is ludicrously entertaining and has an awesome soundtrack: HEAVY METAL

based on the 70's american comic/magazine.

American Graffiti - made before George Lucas was famous and starred unknowns such as Harrison Ford, Richard Dreyfuss & Ron Howard. Made in 73 in depicts the last night before leaving town for college in 1962 from different points of view.

Great cars, great soundtrack, great fun.

would go with stuff like the getaway mcqueen/mcgraw [best scene with the winchester and 00 buck], sharkeys machine with burt reynolds playing a serious role.
kellys heroes for a bit of comedy/easy watching [ im eating some cheese, drinking wine and catching rays]
also of course life of brian

wayne gardner smokes one rothmans too many
