I'm not sure about the painted dash. I was in a Beetle the other day, and the sun reflected off that quite badly. It probably won't be a problem most of the time in this country tho'.
Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.

I'm running a Fox as a shopper/daily driver and was considering UP!grading  :rolleyes: but I've been told that the boot is very small - about the size of a suitcase, is this true? If so it wouldn't be any good for me, but I love it's looks.

Rick the boot is about the size of a large suitcase stood on its edge, its about the same as the wifes mini that she currently has,
The rear seats do fold down with it been a hatchback and the car itself is surprisingly spacious inside  :smiley:

Thanks for that Neil, sounds as though it would be OK [I thought the seats would fold actually, so not really a problem]
