Lowering the rear more?
« on: 28 January 2013, 23:28 »
So my coilovers are fitted and there's still more to go lower on the front but the rears are as low as they will go so what can I do to get it lower? Buy some shorter springs or what?

Depending on the shape of the springs, if they are flat at the top or bottom you can probably cut a coil off

Mines on 18s and looked horribly low without adjusters.. Not even stupidly low that it looks good..

Safe and legal?

Is that illegal?

If the spring will stay in the cup then I guess it fine right?

yes its fine to run the springs with out the adjusters in, at one point i had the springs in and no adjuster cups, but wouldnt recomend that as theres nothing "holding" the spring in, shouldnt fall out, never did with me...

So how come people's rears are slammed? Is there any better springs you can get?
