I have a TDi 90bhp thats an import, with the engine code ALH. My Mafs gone and i need to get a new one. The ALH code seems to tell the dealer, if i call around, that the mafs £300!(the only one listed at one dealership) if i use the engine code AGR(which i think is what uk cars are??) and call them its £75+vat (the recon ones after the duff batch made by bosch). Is it the same part?
Also i need to get the cambelt done and am wondering if, coz of the engine code, they'll try and rip me off. i believe there are alot of parts for the cambelt change that have been modified in later years from looking at
www.TDIclub.com but thats a US/Canada site and think all the part no's will be different.
