hi, i have a passat estate 08 and few weeks ago my dash started screaming at me and after my parking sensors didn't work and i found out today that water has got into the hollowed out bit that my parking-aid control box is in, i found a piece of insulation and it was saturated in water but the box wasn't, then i had a idea to look where my full size spare Tyre was and it was about a quarter full with water, is there any known water leaks, i think the screaming was the control box shorting out, i cant get it out because i cant get my fat head in there to see where it is attached to the frame.
please help?!

I believe theres 'drain' behind the bumper. if these block i belive the boot can flood.

however could be wrong. hopwfully someone can confirm?

Check the seals round tail lights can give leak problems fixed several like that
