Dont buy anything new YET!! Best thing to do is loosen (finger tight) the nuts on the window clamps, take window all the way down then back up again (this will align the window for you and then tighten them up fully. Repeat for the other windows. Total closure forces the motor to work hard (had same prob with mine)
