Looking for a reasonable price mechanic in eastbourne please

Car (2000 MK4 GTI 1.8T) just failed its MOT on inner CV boot, I have only just moved to eastbourne so don't know anywhere. MOT station offered to repair for £150, Halfords auto centre quoted £130 using genuine parts and they are hardly cheap usually so I am guessing I can get it better than that.
