yes all seals and bearings replaced and the units are balanced when new parts are introduced thanks

the process takes 3 days 1 to pick up 1 to repair and post back, you will receive back on the third day

symptoms of a blown turbo seal =heavy blue smoke from exhaust.  where the oil is passing the seal into the exhaust chamber and being burnt causing blue smoke
reduced performance is also another symptom

loud whirling noises at low revs usually means bearing damage or compressor /turbine wheel
