Big Bumpers info?

I have a Golf II 1.6 CL. just wondering if anyone knows where I can get a set of Big Bumpers for it? and will they fit on??

can get the parts from either of these 2 dudes:

www.gsfcarparts.com

www.eurocarparts.co.uk

or buy a copy of Performance VW or The Golf magazines and get them mail order from all sorts of suppliers.

yeah, they will fit, might need to buy different brackets (if not supplied in a kit) but it is an easy job

You can get the kits from euro car parts they do the whole kits including the wireing looms.  You do realise you have to get them painted

I'm gonna put some on my 88' gti 8v but not sure wether to get someone else to spray them or try it myself.
I've never sprayed in my life but can learn pretty quickly i reckon.
Who's done these themselves and what should i look out for.

Its quite easy to spray smal thing like badges etc.  but bumpers?? If you pay a profesional to do it then they sould be able to match the colour exactly and if they mess it up you can go back to them and they will have to fix it free of charge
