Can someone clear this up confused

Is there a relay for the rear wiper I seen a few places where people say there is one and some places says there isn't one I've checked the fuses and they are all fine I've looked in the rubber part but can't see a break unless its further up

Could be a break in the wiring just before it goes into the 'grommet' into the boot. Although they may look fine, the insulation is flexible, but the wiring inside isn't, so could be a break that you can't see. Have you got, or know someone with, a multimeter? If theres no voltage going to the motor, that could be the problem. The the relay for rear wiper should be behind the trim under the steering wheel, above the accelerator pedal, 'big one, bottom right'. If there is voltage, check the motor mech itself, Dis-connect lever from spinle mech inside boot lid and see if you can turn the spindle by grabbing the wiper arm and moving back and forth.

Does it make any form of noise? Clicking etc?

A bloke at work tested the actual motor and it was fine he thinks there is no power through the thin black/brown wire also when I try the lever I can't hear no clicky noise or any noise that may come from it the rear jet works and the heated window works if that helps

If I get to the relay is there signs that it don't work or will it need a test done to see if there is power from it

It may click when switched, but I'd say get a meter on the outgoing side to check for voltage
