relay panel access! Am I being thick?

Evening all...

I know the relay panel is under the steering wheel, but where?? Is it a drop down panel or do I need to unscrew anything...

Sorry basic question but I'm not seeing it right now!

I'm the same as you mate if you look under the steering wheel you will see a gap use a torche and your see it so you know where it is on one of my recent posts your see a pic I put up
