Bird: while shaking her head "Bag o heavy sh!te but I like colour"

WTF? How many do they think they will sell of these? If I was a hairdresser and had £37k to spend on a soft top I think the Boxter would be where I was spending my cash.

VW Get a grip ffs.

I always thought the GTi Cabrio took the p*** at £30k but this is an altogether different level of La La Land that VW have moved into. No car ever at £40k should wear a VW badge!!

I very quickly found, for example, on Auto Trader the following :-

BMW 335 cabriolet with all the trimmings - 11 plate with 6k miles for £36k
Many Aston Martins of various types for £35 to £40k, albeit 5 or 6 years old.
An E Class Mercedes E63 AMG on a 59 plate for £39k
And, if you must have one, an Audi TTRs Roadster Quattro with 340hp for £40k - effectively brand new with 500 miles on.
Clearly, I could go on.

I predict annual sales of this R cab of precisely none!!
